This project consists of three buildings covering more than 18000mbuilding areas and almost the same area of setting out area:
Main Communication Building (B + G + 7floors) this building will hold the responsibility for making the Telephone & data communication for the city of Baghdad, made on the American Standards and consists of several Electrical systems Power, light, security, fire alarm, Public address & music, Queue system, access control system, UPS, Telephone, Data, Back-up Generators and BMS. As for the Mechanical systems Fire fighting, drainage, Waster Supply with filtration, HVAC with back-up units.
Post Office Building consisting of two floors with the same systems of the main building, for serving the postal needs of that area.
Parking Building (B + G + 2Floors) used for the customers and employee of the buildings, having access control and EM lights and Fire fighting & veneration in the basement floor.
This project is being made with NEB as an architect and structural designer and Praktika as an MEP designer under the name of ALFACONSULT for the IRAQ Government
